I mounted mine to woods siding, just establish a stud and bolted the mount to it through the siding.
My buddy had vinyl siding and wound up mounting the tv to the ceiling of his covered patio. it has like a ii pes pole, kinda similar a fan, that it hangs from, looks prissy.

I have a similar Monoprice mountain on my indoor TV.
Will probably practise a similar one outside too. Not sure of TV size nonetheless. Depends on what I'1000 confortable hanging on information technology, depending on how I install mount.

i bought this one and it came in yesterday. I volition be mounting it this weekend outside to vinyl siding under my patio. Just make sure to hit the stud and all should be fine. If you don't want the siding to crush i would advise making the hole for the lag screws big enough so the head of the screw goes by the siding that sticks out.

I thought about doing the same above my outside bar but I live on a saltwater canal and shite doesn't concluding outside and then I think I will just settle for bringing the tv downstairs anytime I want to fix on the bar

Bolt two 2x4s horizontally to the wall studs on height of the vinyl siding using lag bolts. Y'all could put a few washers on the lag bolts underneath the 2x4 if y'all wanted spacers to go on from crushing the vinyl. Then bolt the tv set mount to the 2x4s.

not on Vinyl but on forest. Cut the vertical supports to fit the siding. Caulk to fill in gaps. Employ a inexpensive mountain inside the box so you can either beat or cut a pigsty and it will non matter.

I'd cut holes in the siding where the mount will contact wall and mount to woods behind if it'south under a covered patio.
Worst case, pieces of vinyl siding ares cheap as shite.

I just hung an older 40" on vinyl using a standard mount from harbor freight with no issues. You should have good forest nether the vinyl to attach your woods screws to.

Mount a 2x4 across the wood frame in your attic and lag commodities it to that. Definitely a 2 human chore.
